This year, City Business Centre – final ensembly ( buildings C – D – E and public space) was been shortlisted at the World Architecture Festival in the “Office – Completed Buildings” section and thus being a finalist for the “Building of the year” award.

The project will be presented in Berlin between 16-17 November this year (https://www.worldarchitecturefestival.com).

The final ensembly was finished in late september last year making it the biggest class A office complex in Timisoara.
